Division II | Testing is the dedicated testing arm of Golem Protection, built for clients, families, organisations and strategic environments where assumptions must be replaced by verified reality.
Golem Protection has become a global reference in real-world protection testing because it understands both sides of the responsibility: the structure built to protect life, and the controlled pressure required to reveal whether that structure can truly be trusted.
Golem does not treat testing as theatre, compliance decoration or a report written from distance. A testing mandate must reveal what the structure can truly withstand, how people behave under pressure, where exposure exists and whether the protection, security, access control, service environment or risk posture surrounding the client can still be relied upon when conditions stop being theoretical.
Division II exists for clients who require verification at the highest level. The work demands operational credibility, intelligence awareness, restraint, discretion and the ability to test sensitive environments while preserving control, confidentiality and responsibility throughout the mandate.

TESTING | PROTECTION
Known within Golem as TBV, Trust But Verify, Protection Testing is a Golem distinction and one of the rarest disciplines in the protection world.
TBV is built for principals, families, organisations and decision-makers who cannot allow life, movement, privacy or continuity to rest on the appearance of protection.
Golem does not review protection teams: Golem tests them.
It places existing teams under authorized, controlled pressure and breaks the illusion around the protection they claim to provide, revealing whether the structure can be breached, bypassed, deceived or destabilized when reality stops respecting assumptions.

TESTING | PENETRATION
Testing | Penetration places private residences, family estates, offices, corporate headquarters, data centers, strategic facilities and sensitive business environments under authorised covert intrusion conditions to verify whether physical security systems, access control, staff response, manned guarding, technology resilience and protective layers can truly prevent unauthorised access.
Golem tests whether the site can be entered, bypassed, manipulated or compromised, and whether weaknesses in the physical environment could expose sensitive information, critical operations or the wider security posture when procedures meet reality.

TESTING | MYSTERY
Testing | Mystery sits far above mystery shopping. It is client-side reality testing for high-level organisations, flagship hotels, private aviation environments, family offices, private banks, corporate headquarters, luxury medical clinics, private member environments and selected client-facing institutions where reputation, discretion, protocol, security awareness and human conduct must be verified through lived experience rather than declared standards.
Golem enters the reality experienced by the client, guest, principal, investor or representative, revealing whether the environment truly carries the level it claims to represent.

TESTING | RISK ASSESSMENT
Testing | Risk Assessment gives principals, families, family offices, corporate leaders, organisations and strategic projects a Golem reading of exposure that cannot be understood from paper alone, before movement is planned, premises are occupied, investments are committed, events are hosted, acquisitions are considered or protective structures are built.
Golem identifies the vulnerabilities, threat patterns, continuity weaknesses and decision consequences that can affect life, privacy, reputation, movement, assets, business continuity and the wider security posture, revealing what the decision will carry before the client commits to it.
