Location: Global
Engagement: Determined Following Review

Mission
Certain professionals possess capabilities that do not always correspond to predefined positions.
Golem Group International therefore welcomes spontaneous professional introductions from individuals who believe their experience, discipline, and professional outlook align with the Group’s operating standard.
These introductions allow the Group to identify exceptional profiles across domains including protection, training, strategic advisory, innovation, communications systems, logistics, capital development, and humanitarian initiatives.
In complex organisations, some of the most valuable contributions come from individuals whose path does not fit a predefined role.
Compensation and Package
Compensation within Golem Group International reflects the level of responsibility carried by each role and the environments in which the Group operates.
Remuneration structures are competitive within their respective domains and may include fixed compensation, performance-based components, and long-term participation depending on the nature of the mandate. Indicative remuneration brackets are provided within individual role descriptions. Final terms are discussed during the engagement process and may vary depending on jurisdiction, experience, and scope of responsibility.
The standard compensation package includes:
• Annual base salary aligned with role responsibility and experience.
• Performance-related bonus linked to individual and organisational performance.
• Business introduction reward for team members contributing to the acquisition of new clients or contracts.
• Company-provided health insurance coverage.

• Access to training and professional development opportunities.
• Discretionary recognition for exceptional contribution.
Within Golem Group International, initiative, reliability, and professional conduct are recognised as essential drivers of long-term success. The Group seeks to foster an environment where contribution and responsibility are acknowledged and appropriately rewarded.
Application Requirements
Applications must include the following elements:
Curriculum Vitae
A professional CV outlining relevant experience and competencies.
850 Words Motivation Letter
Applicants must submit a motivation letter of exactly 850 words explaining:
• Why they wish to work with Golem
• What capability they believe they bring to the Group
Within the letter, candidates are encouraged to describe a professional situation in which a decision they took carried real consequences and required judgement.
Applications not respecting the 850-word requirement are not reviewed.
Professional Documentation
Where applicable, candidates may include certifications, publications, portfolio material, or other documentation supporting their experience. Preparation before engagement reflects the environment in which the Group operates.
Selection Process
Applications submitted to Golem Group International are reviewed centrally to assess professional capability, seriousness of preparation, and alignment with the Group’s operating standard. The selection process is intentionally deliberate and unfolds through several stages.
Because the environments in which the Group operates demand a high level of trust and responsibility, the selection timeline typically extends over several months and should not be expected to conclude rapidly.
Initial Review
Verification of submission completeness, including the required documentation and motivation letter, together with preliminary assessment of professional alignment with the Group’s activities and standards.
Exploratory Conversation
A professional discussion intended to understand background, judgement, and motivation, while allowing both sides to evaluate potential alignment.
Capability Assessment
Titles and past experience are considered, but capability is confirmed only through demonstrated performance.
All candidates progressing beyond the initial review undergo structured evaluation designed to verify the capabilities required for the role. Depending on the domain, this assessment may include analytical discussion, technical demonstrations, scenario-based reasoning, and practical exercises reflecting the environments in which the Group operates.
Where relevant, candidates may also be required to complete physical assessments aligned with the operational demands of the position. These evaluations ensure that competence, judgement, and preparedness meet the standards expected within Golem Group International.
Alignment 𝓼 Due Diligence
Final evaluation of professional alignment with the Group’s standards of responsibility, discretion, and conduct. Where alignment is confirmed, collaboration may begin within the relevant entity of the Group.
Integrity 𝓼 Background Verification
Because Golem Group International operates in environments where trust, discretion, and responsibility are fundamental, candidates selected to proceed in the recruitment process undergo professional background verification prior to engagement.
This verification process includes confirmation of professional history, reference validation, and review of any circumstances that could compromise the candidate’s ability to operate within environments governed by lawful conduct, discretion, and accountability.
Depending on the nature of the role and the operational context, candidates may also undergo psychological evaluation and integrity-based assessment procedures designed to confirm judgement, reliability, and suitability for high-responsibility environments.
Where lawful and appropriate, specialised verification methods, including advanced interview techniques and integrity assessment tools, may be used as part of the selection process.
All verification procedures are conducted in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks in the relevant jurisdictions.
Candidates progressing to advanced stages of the selection process receive detailed information regarding the procedures involved.
Integrity cannot be delegated. Within Golem, it is verified.
