Strategic Business Development Partner
Entity: Golem Group International
Mandate: Development of strategic relationships and opportunities aligned with the Group’s mission and operating standards.
Location: Global
Engagement: Independent Partnership, Performance-Based
Salary: Uncapped Commission Structure
Mission
Strategic Business Development Partners contribute to the growth of Golem Group International by introducing opportunities aligned with the Group’s areas of expertise.
Rather than promoting individual services, partners act as trusted introducers who connect the Group with organisations, institutions, or decision-makers facing complex challenges where Golem’s capabilities may provide value.
Because Golem Group International operates through multiple specialised entities, opportunities introduced by partners may involve different domains depending on the nature of the mandate.
Professional Environments
Strategic Business Development Partners typically operate within professional environments where complex challenges and strategic decisions arise.
These environments may include:
• Government institutions and public authorities
• Corporate leadership and executive management
• Investment and financial networks
• Security and defence sectors
• Technology and innovation ecosystems
• International organisations and NGOs
• Other professional environments involving strategic decision-makers
Partners are not expected to promote technical solutions or represent the Group operationally. Their role is simply to facilitate meaningful introductions when the Group’s capabilities may be relevant.
Professional Introductions
Strategic Business Development Partners operate through their own professional networks.
The role is therefore best suited to individuals who encounter situations where organisations or decision-makers may require specialised expertise in environments where the Group operates.
Cold prospecting or generic sales activity is not aligned with the nature of the Group’s work. Introductions are expected to arise from genuine professional relationships and contextual understanding of the environments involved.
Strategic Access
Partners act as trusted introducers within their professional environments. When an introduction aligns with the Group’s capabilities and results in a mandate, the partner becomes part of the relationship that enabled that engagement.
Over time, partners who consistently introduce serious opportunities may develop long-term collaboration with the Group and gain visibility across multiple domains of activity within the Group’s ecosystem.
Compensation
Strategic Business Development Partners operate under a performance-based commission structure. Compensation is linked exclusively to mandates successfully introduced and contracted with Golem Group International or one of its entities.
Indicative commission levels may range from 5 to 15 percent of contract value, depending on the nature and scope of the mandate. Because many of the Group’s engagements involve complex environments and high-responsibility assignments, the value of successful introductions can be substantial. Commission becomes payable only after the signature of the contract and confirmation of the client engagement.
Alignment
Strategic Business Development Partners are expected to operate with discretion, professional integrity, and accuracy when introducing the Group.
Introductions must not misrepresent the Group’s capabilities, scope of work, or operational role.
Partners who demonstrate professionalism and consistently introduce opportunities aligned with the Group’s mission may develop long-term collaboration with the organisation.
Professional Introduction
Individuals who operate within environments where meaningful opportunities may arise are welcome to introduce themselves.
The introduction form below contains only a few questions and typically requires less than two minutes to complete.
