Leadership Under Pressure is the Golem Academy corporate leadership course built for organisations, executives, managers and selected leaders who need to carry people, decisions and responsibility when pressure reveals the difference between authority on paper and authority in conduct.
This course develops decision-making under pressure, communication discipline, team dynamics, ownership, resilience, command behaviour, conflict navigation, prioritisation and the ability to lead from the front without confusing noise, ego or title with leadership.
